Fast Track Intensive Leadership Program

Fast Track will help you advance your career by building your leadership and management skills.


This free 10-week professional development program is designed for people who want to excel in a leadership role responding to family violence or preventing violence against women.
You will build your knowledge and skills in feminist leadership, advocacy, policy, staff and organisational development, creating effective partnerships, program design, and working in a range of settings.
There are two streams:

  • Response
  • Prevention

Please note this program is for participants in Victoria, Australia only.
Please do not submit an application if you reside outside of Victoria, Australia.

How to apply
  1. Click Apply now and submit your contact details. (If you’ve registered with us before with that email address, you’ll receive an email with ‘Incomplete Online Booking’. Click the second link in the email to enter the rest of your details.)
  2. You’ll receive an email from Canvas with a link to create a Canvas account.
  3. Once you’ve logged in to Canvas, you will need to submit the second part of your application which includes information about your current role and what you hope to achieve.
  4. You’ll then need to upload your resume and a letter of support from your manager or employer.
  5. We'll review your application and notify you of the outcome. We aim to respond to those who applied for the Response stream in the first week of March and the Prevention stream at a later date.
